Babs is world renowned for her earthy, honest style. Each piece, whilst following a theme, is unique. The themes she creates comment on our society or environment and enable matching items to be chosen and placed in context within your collection.

Working in the North West of England from her own studio premises Babs has created a collection of art that can truly be classed as some of the best that Britain has to offer. 

Most of her work is based on Raku firing, an ancient technique that allows stunning glazes to be created. Raku firing is not a perfect science and often getting the best results requires supreme patience and years of skill.

Postfest Penrith: Friday 7th - Sunday 9th August
